To prepare an adhesive sheet preventing inclusion of air between an adhesive layer and a body to be adhered during adhesion, never generating swelling due to outgas phenomenon from the body to be adhered after adhesion, and excellent in appearance, and to provide a method for its manufacturing.

This adhesive sheet has a non-adhesive pattern on an adhesive layer, and comprises the non-adhesive pattern temporarily adhered to a peeling sheet, an adhesive layer formed by coating thereon, and a sheet substrate pasted on the adhesive layer. The adhesive sheet is manufactured first forming the non-adhesive pattern on the peeling sheet by coating a non-adhesive pattern forming agent, then coating an adhesive, and pasting the sheet substrate on the thus formed adhesive layer.
