To provide an administration management system using a noncontact information recording medium for use in hospitals and medical care facilities.
The administration management system 10 comprises an information recording medium 2 stuck to or embedded in a medicine container 1 for writing or reading information without contact; a storage part 3 in the information recording medium 2 for storing an identifier such as a name or a sign for identifying the medicine in the container to which the medium 2 is stuck or embedded; and a reader/writer 4 for reading without contact the identifier stored in the storage part 3. The reader/writer 4 can read without contact the name and code of medicine stored in the storage part 3 of the information recording medium 2. By collating the medicine code with the administration plan of an electronic medical chart, preparation and distribution errors by pharmacists is prevented.
