An adsorbate K, an adsorption heat exchanger 5 for making an adsorbent S adsorb the adsobate or to desorb the adsorbate from the adsorbent, a condensation heat exchanger 7 for condensing the adsorbate desorbed from the adsorption heat exchanger, an evaporation heat exchanger 9 for evaporating the adsorbate condensed in the condensation heat exchanger to make the adsorbent adsorb it are housed in this adsorption tower E which is a single vacuum vessel. The condensation heat exchanger is disposed around the adsorption heat exchanger.
