Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form undercuts in the internal wall of an accumulator.
SOLUTION: An accumulator piston 20 is provided with an external mold, which comprises a slide core 1 forming the external profile of the accumulator piston 20, slide core 2, and fixed mold internal diameter core 3, an undercut forming mold 12, which is positioned inside the external mold and forms an undercut 24, which is divided into plurality in the peripheral direction of a cylindrical internal wall face, and a slit forming mold 11, which divides the undercut 24 into plural. The slit forming mold 11 is pulled out after injection molding, and then undercuts are formed by pulling out the undercut forming mold 12 with the diameter of the undercut forming mold 12 made small.
