Abstract:
To enhance heat dissipation of an integrated circuit provided in a control circuit board built in an electronic device such as an aerial cameras mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle while reducing the weight of the electronic device.SOLUTION: An aerial camera (7) mounted on an unmanned aerial vehicle (1) includes a resin casing (35) constituting the outer shell of a camera and a control circuit board (41) accommodated in a housing (35), and an ASIC (117) that generates heat in response to operation of the aerial camera (7) is provided on the control circuit board (41), and the ASIC (117) is connected to a lid (49) exposed to the flying wind of the housing (35) with a heat transfer sheet (121), and the heat of the ASIC (117) is transferred to the lid (49) which is air-cooled via the heat transfer sheet (121).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
