Abstract:
To provide an oil deterioration suppressing agent enabling the use of an oil for a long period by suppressing the deterioration of the oil.
The oil deterioration suppressing agent is produced by packing granular lignite or a mixture of lignite and an activated clay such as zeolite and galeonite as an oil deterioration suppressing agent 10 in a bag 30 made of a liquid-permeable material. The oil deterioration suppressing agent is held in a protection case 50 and placed in the upper part of a food oil tank. The number 34 in the drawing is an air release hole of the bag and 56 is a case- attaching member.
