Abstract:
To provide an aggregate of silver nanowires, a silver nanowire ink, a transparent conductive film and methods for manufacturing these materials, by which anisotropy of a sheet resistance of the transparent conductive film can be reduced and a low haze of the transparent conductive film and a low sheet resistance can be both achieved.SOLUTION: The aggregate of silver nanowires of the present invention has predetermined ranges of an average diameter and of a distribution of the silver nanowire length. The silver nanowire ink of the present invention comprises the above aggregate of silver nanowires dispersed in a liquid medium. The transparent conductive film of the present invention has the above aggregate of silver nanowires on a transparent base material. The method for manufacturing the aggregate of silver nanowires of the present invention and the method for manufacturing the silver nanowire ink include a step of synthesizing silver nanowires and a step of further dispersing by a thin film rotation method. The method for manufacturing the transparent conductive film of the present invention includes, in addition to the above steps, a step of applying the silver nanowires in an ink state on the transparent base material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
