Abstract:
To provide a method for simply and efficiently aging an alcohol beverage, and a device used in the method.SOLUTION: Aging of an alcohol beverage can be conducted in short time by irradiating a terahertz wave to the alcohol beverage. Further aging of alcohol can be conducted in short time by using a radiator or a transfer body to which the terahertz wave is transferred and/or making the radiator or the transfer body to which the terahertz wave is transferred in contact with an alcohol container or the like, and contamination risk of bacteria or the like can be reduced without complicated facilities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
