At an inner peripheral surface of an outer cylinder body, an outer cylinder body projection row composed of two or more outer cylinder body projections formed with prescribed intervals in an outer cylinder body circumferential direction is formed. At an outer circumferential surface of a shaft body, a shaft body projection row composed of two or more shaft body projections formed with prescribed intervals in a shaft body circumferential direction is formed. At least one among an outer cylinder body projection part formed at the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder body and a shaft body projection part formed at the outer circumferential surface of the shaft body is provided. The outer cylinder body projection part is located over whole inner peripheral surfaces of the outer cylinder body when viewed from a shaft line direction of the outer cylinder body and size of the outer cylinder body in a radial direction is larger than a space between the shaft body projection and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder body facing the shaft body projection. The shaft body projection part is located over whole outer circumferential surfaces of the shaft body when viewed from a shaft line direction of the shaft body and size of the shaft body in a radial direction is larger than a space between the outer cylinder body projection and the outer circumferential surface of the shaft body facing the outer cylinder body projection.
