Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air control unit which does not injure durability in a static elimination and dust collection device as one kind of air equipment.SOLUTION: A static elimination and dust collection device 1000 includes: a power generation unit 1200 which does not require power supply from an external part and performs power generation by using compression air; an electric discharge unit 1400 which ionizes air by using generated power; and a nozzle unit 1300 which jets ionized air in order to perform static elimination and dust collection. In the static elimination and dust collection device 1000, the compression air supplied from an external part is divided into a first compression air which is caused to flow through an air pipe 1020 before power generation and is supplied to the power generation unit 1200 and a second compression air which is caused to flow with a flow rate adjusted by the air control unit 1100 through an air pipe 1030 for a duster and is supplied to the nozzle unit 1300 without passing through the power generation unit 1200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
