Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely expand a breakage part in a seat coating by suspending and fixing the edge sewn part between a bank coating and a seat surface coating and the edge of a side face coating onto the seat back frame side by means of metallic wire suspending members.
SOLUTION: In a seat back B, a breakage part 5 accompanying inflation of an air bag e2 is arranged on a sewn line between a side face cover member 30, which covers a side face pad part 20 of a cushion pad 2, and a bank cover member 31 covering a bank pad part. The edge of the side face cover member 30 and the edge sewn part between the bank cover member 31 and a seat face cover member 32 covering a seat face pad part 22 are suspended and fixed in a seat back frame 1 by means of metallic wire suspending members 6a, 6b. As a result, the side face cover member 30 and the seat face cover member 31 can be firmly suspended and locked. Therefore, the breakage part 5 can be surely broken and opened according to the inflation of the air bag e2.
