Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning and conditioning system in which a heat exchange device and an air cleaner are arranged separately in a room, capable of achieving further energy saving.SOLUTION: An air cleaning and conditioning system comprises: a heat exchange device 2 attracting indoor air from below and blowing the air having been subjected to a conditioning load treatment into a room from a lateral side; an inverter-added air cleaner 3 attracting the indoor air from above and blowing the air having been subjected to a cleaning treatment into the room; a particle sensor 11 measuring an indoor particle concentration; and a controller 10 variably controlling an inverter frequency of the inverter-added air cleaner 3 on the basis of the particle concentration measured by the particle sensor 11, increases/decreases an air volume of the inverter-added air cleaner 3, and controlling the indoor particle concentration to a target concentration.
