Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the recompressing circulation of ejected compressed air from a compressor unit in the compressor unit, in relief conditions of an air compressor equipment.
CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve 20 consists of an exhaust valve 20B ejecting compressed air from an air suspension 6 through a filter 3 and a relief valve 20A releasing compressed air to the atmosphere through no filter 3 when the pressure of the compressed air delivered from a compressor unit 1 reaches to a specified value. In relief conditions, compressed air from the compressor unit 1 is released to the atmosphere through the relief valve 20A, hence relieved compressed air cannot be inhaled in the compressor unit 1 to circulate.
