PURPOSE: To protect an electric circuit and drive a motor-driven compressor efficiently and positively by constituting in such a way that a battery controller supplies a start authorization signal to an air-conditioning controller according to the detected result of a power supply state upon the supply of the start authorization confirmation signal of the motor-driven compressor.
CONSTITUTION: When the start authorization confirmation signal AM of a motor-driven compressor 36 is supplied to a battery controller 11 from an air- conditioning controller 33, the battery controller 11 detects a power supply state such as the voltage of a high voltage battery. According to the result, the battery controller 11 supplies the air-conditioning controller 33 with the start authorization signal AUX2 of the motor-driven compressor 36, and then the air-conditioning controller 33 puts the motor-driven compressor 36 in action by a driving signal DAI. Since the power supply state such as the voltage of the high voltage battery is detected before putting the motor-driven compressor 36 in action, the motor-driven compressor 36 can be driven efficiently and positively.
