Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heating capacity when the outside temperature is low by injecting the gas refrigerant into a compressor in a heat pump system in which an evaporator exclusive for cooling and a condenser exclusive for heating are provided in a cabin.
SOLUTION: A gas injection port 22c is provided in a compressor 22, a fixed throttle 26 to evacuate the refrigerant on the cycle high pressure side to the intermediate pressure is provided, and a gas-liquid separator 25 to separate the gas-liquid refrigerant of intermediate pressure evacuated by the fixed throttle 26 is provided. A passage 22d for gas injection to introduce the gas refrigerant separated by the gas-liquid separator 25 to the gas injection port 22c is provided. In the heating mode, the refrigerant is circulated in a closed circuit consisting of the compressor 22, a condenser 12, the fixed throttle 26, the gas-liquid separator 25, an expansion valve 27, and an out-of-cabin heat exchanger 24, and the gas refrigerant in the gas-liquid separator 25 is introduced in the gas injection port 22c through the passage 22d.
