The outdoor machine control unit 30 stores in advance, inside the outdoor machine control unit 30, a coil connection threshold in the number of rotations and half phase operation threshold higher in a number of rotations than the coil connection threshold, and when the number of motor rotations is less than the coil connection threshold, the short-circuit switch is controlled to be closed, and when the number of motor rotations is equal to or more than the half phase operation threshold, the switching signal is permitted to be output.
