Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement more precise energy-saving operation when executing power-limited operation with designated power designated by a home energy management system (HEMS).SOLUTION: An air conditioner implements power-limited operation with designated power designated by a HEMS control device which controls distribution of power supplied from at least any one of a commercial power source, an independent electric power plant and a storage battery to one or more management object devices. Indoor temperature determination means determines whether an indoor temperature reaches a preset temperature during the power-limited operation and when it is determined that the indoor temperature reaches the preset temperature, a temperature maintenance determination means determines whether the indoor temperature is maintained at the preset temperature even under operation with power lower than the designated power. When it is determined that the indoor temperature is maintained at the preset temperature, operation control means cancels the power-limited operation and shifts to normal operation.
