Abstract:
To provide an air conditioning apparatus which allows for improvement of the person detection precision thereof and furthermore allows for suppression of an increase in processing load thereof.SOLUTION: The air conditioning apparatus comprises: a temperature detection part which acquires temperature data on an air-conditioned space; an imaging part which acquires image data on the air-conditioned space; and a control device which detects the position of a person in the air-conditioned space based upon the temperature data and image data, and performs air-conditioning control according to the position of the person. Further, when the position of the person is detected, the temperature detection part acquires temperature data at the position of the person at a first cycle, and also acquires temperature data on an area other than the position of the person in the air-conditioned space at a second cycle longer than the first cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
