To provide an air-conditioner and an air-conditioning method for a seat capable of preferably heating a seat surface without feeding cooled air in an air passage from a seat surface.
After heaters 14, 15 are heated, first heat exchangers of Peltier modules 32, 42 are heated. Thereafter, air in air passages w1, w2 is fed from contact faces 12a, 13a by fans 30, 40. Therefore, at the time of starting driving (at the time of starting control) the contact faces 12a, 13a are heated by the heaters 14, 15. Also, immediately after starting driving, the cooled air in the air passages w1, w2 is heated by the heaters 14, 15 and the first heat exchangers of the Peltier modules 32, 42, and then fed from the contact faces 12a, 13a by the fans 30, 40. Accordingly, the contact faces 12a, 13a can be preferably heated without feeding the cooled air in the air passages w1, w2 from the contact faces 12a, 13a.
