To provide an air-conditioning device of an elevator capable of reducing the frequency of replacement of a water guide pipe.

The air-conditioning device of the elevator comprises an air- conditioner 4 attached to an upper cab 1, a water tank 5 attached to a lower cab 2 connected to the upper cab 1 via a cab gap adjusting device 3 for adjusting the gap between the cabs, and the water guide pipe for guiding condensed water produced in the air-conditioner 4 to the water tank 5. The water guide pipe consists of a non-flexible first water guide pipe part 8 whose top is connected to the air-conditioner 4 and a non-flexible second water guide pipe part 9 to which the other end part and the top of the first water guide pipe part 8 are inserted slackly and whose other end part is connected to the water tank 5. The first water guide pipe part 8 and the second water guide pipe part 9 are made to follow the vertical movement of the upper cab 1 and the lower cab 2.
