To enhance the comfort with a floor blowout air-conditioning system of changeable wind quantity type and reduce the energy consumption.
The system is configured so that the air regulated by an air-conditioner 2 is fed to under the floors of rooms A and B and the fed air is sent into the rooms A and B from blowout holes formed in the room floors so as to regulate inside the rooms to the set environment, whereby the height over the floor surface at which the blowing speed of the air sent out of the blowout hole 1 into each room is 0.2 m/s, is kept to 1.8 m as the specified set value on the basis of the difference between the blowout air temperature and the room temperature and the differential pressure between inside the room and under the floor.
