This air conditioning seat mat comprises a backrest part 2 and a seat part 3 to be installed in the seat of an automobile having an air conditioner, and a service pipe 4; the inside of the backrest 2 is provided with an air supply pipe 22 bored with a plurality of air supply ports 23 in a portion where the occupant's back center is positioned when sitting; the inside of the seat part 3 is provided with a seat air supply pipe 32 bored with a plurality of air supply ports 33 in a portion where the femur is positioned when sitting; the service pipe 4 has one end formed with a connecting port 41 connected to both air supply pipes 22 and 23 provided in the backrest part 2 and the seat part 3, and the other end formed with a suction port 42 installed in an air conditioning exhaust port of the automobile; and air suction fan 43 forcedly sucking the air from the suction port 42 is provided between the connecting port 41 and the suction port 42.
