In the air conditioning system 1 performing ventilation by supplying air to a lower part inside an air conditioned space 10 and delivering the heated air heated and raised in the air conditioned space 10 from an upper part in the air conditioned air 10, a plurality of air supply chambers 20 having an air supply port 15 supplying air to the lower part in the air conditioned space 10 are disposed, the air blower 27 is provided for blowing the air to the plurality of the air supply chambers 20, and an air supply duct 23 supplying the air blown by the air blower 27 to the plurality of the air supply chambers 20 is provided for each of the air supply chambers 20, and variable dampers D1-D4 for controlling a blowing amount are provided at least in one of the air supply ducts 23.
