Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the simplification of a system, making the cost of the same inexpensive and effecting not only the temperature regulation but also the humidity regulation as well as the leaning and odorizing of air.
SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system utilizing the natural force of a building a provided with a broken stone layer 4, provided under the floor of a building to accumulate geothermy and conduct the accumulated geothermy to air from outside or inside of the building, underground pipes 13, buried under the ground from the surface of a foundation by about 2 m or more into the direction of a gravity to conduct the geothermy from underground to air from the broken stone layer, an air humidity regulating means, equipped in the underground pipe to regulate the humidity of air moving in the underground pipe, an air leaning means, equipped in the underground pipe to lean air moving in the underground pipe, and a conditioned air supplying unit, supplying air, whose temperature, humidity and leanliness are regulated in the underground pipe, into the rooms of the building.
