PURPOSE: To provide air-cooled blade excellent in high temp. corrosion resistance by coating the external surface of an air-cooled blade with a metallic material consisting of Ni, Cr, Co, Al, and rare earth elements and further coating the, coated external surface and an air passage inside the blade with Al.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic material, consisting of two or more elements selected from Ni, Cr, Co, and Al and rare earth elements, is prepared. The external surface of a blade 1, having a cooling air passage 2 inside, is coated with the metallic material. Further, the above coating and the wall surface of the cooling air passage 2 are coated with Al, by which an external surface treated layer 11 and an internal surface treated layer 12 are formed.
