Abstract:
To enable both of suppression of a wrong determination in an abnormality determination of an intercooler and securing of an opportunity of the abnormality determination.SOLUTION: An abnormality determination device for an air-cooling intercooler is for an air-cooling intercooler for cooling intake air of an internal combustion engine. The abnormality determination device includes: an air flow rate change section that changes a flow rate of air as a refrigerant for exchanging heat with the intake air in the air-cooling intercooler; and a determination section that makes an abnormality determination of the air-cooling intercooler on the basis of change amount of a temperature of the intake air on the downstream of the air-cooling intercooler when the flow rate of the air is changed by the air flow rate change section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
