Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively prevent snow from sticking to an air filter insert.
CONSTITUTION: An unfiltered air inlet 16 is provided with a screen cage 17. This device is provided with another inlet 18 for unfiltered air which has a flap 19. The flap closes another inlet under normal operating conditions and, when a negative pressure is generated in an air filter casing 10, opens it under the influence of the action of the negative pressure.
