Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved air generation unit for aircraft.SOLUTION: An air generation unit 1 for an aircraft 100 comprises air supply means 2 and a control unit 3. The air supply means 2 is constituted so as to supply air to an air-conditioning system 4 of aircraft cabin. The air supply means 2 is furthermore or alternatively constituted so as to supply air to a flow control system 5 of the aircraft 100. The control unit 3 is constituted so as to supply a larger amount of air to the air-conditioning system 4 rather than the flow control system 5 during a cruising condition of the aircraft 100. The control unit 3 is furthermore constituted so as to supply a larger amount of air to the flow control system 5 rather than the air-conditioning system 4 during a takeoff and/or a landing condition of the aircraft 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
