Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form an air guide taken in an engine cover by the effective use of conventional outboad engine structure.
CONSTITUTION: Between a parts holder fixed to a cylinder head and an engine cover 10 an air intake cover 25 is arranged. From a parts holder cover 20 constituting part of the parts holder 15 a pair of guide pieces 22 extending in the up and down direction protrude symmetrically. The part of the parts holder cover 20 and the guide pieces 22 serve as the air guide means to surround the lower part of the cover 25, whereby the air inhaled in the cover 10 is taken in the lower part of the cover 10.
