Abstract:
To increase degree of freedom of a layout property of a negative pressure actuator and to improve reliability of a diaphragm, by coupling the negative pressure actuator to a driven part via a bendable wire, in a driving component using the pressure actuator.
The negative pressure actuator is coupled to a lever of the driven part via the bendable wire, and a return spring is disposed on the lever side, thereby increasing the degree of freedom of the layout property of the negative pressure actuator and improving the reliability of the diaphragm.
