To provide an air pressure management device that can adjust a tire air pressure to be suited to actual loading weight and loading balance in a vehicle, and to provide a management system.SOLUTION: An air pressure management device 1 includes: a tire air pressure detection unit 28 for measuring each tire air pressure of multiple wheels respectively provided on right and left sides of a vehicle; load sensors 25A-25D for measuring load applied to each wheel; and a control unit 16 for instructing adjustment for the tire air pressure in accordance with the load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
