To provide a pump, capable of easily drawing a cork of a wine bottle and preventing a quality change of remaining wine.

In this air pump, a pump body 1 has an electrical or manual pump provided with two valve members operating opposite to each other. By operating an operation part 18a of a lever, a hose connection part 17 provided in the lever is moved and connected to one of the two valve elements of the pump. Accordingly, a cork is drawn by switching the lever and pressurizing air within a bottle 4 via a hose 3 and a cap 2, while a quality change of wine is prevented by decompressing the bottle 4. An airflow passage is cut off by sliding a hose connection part 32 on the cap 2 side during the decompression, to seal the bottle 4. By tying a cap fall jump-out preventing belt to a neck of the bottle 4 with a string 6 by use of a hook-and-loop fastener or the like, injury by a needle is prevented, even if the cap 2 flies when the cork is drawn.
