Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent generation of noise at the time of sucking and discharging air by a diaphragm.
CONSTITUTION: Air sucked and discharged by a diaphragm 18 is delivered while being stayed in a tank member 19 to absorb a beat sound produced at the time of sucking and discharging air by the diaphragm 18, and the tank member 19 is fitted to a recessed part 527 formed on an operation system storing part 526 of a base case 52 and screwed thereto. Further, a cover case 53 is put on the base case 52, a projection 21 on a diaphragm joining part of the tank member 19 and a boss hole 533 of the cover case 53 are engaged with each other, and the tank member 19 is pushed down from above, whereby even if the vibration of an arm 16 is transmitted to the tank member 19 where the arm 16 is locked during the operation of the air pump, it is possible to prevent the tank member 19 from rattling and vibrating.
