Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a ball valve which is light in weight and easy to machine.
CONSTITUTION: As a housing S of a ball valve is formed of a pipe applied with bulge hydraulic pressure machining, weight of the ball valve becomes extremely light, and as a ball 23, a ball seat 24 and a pressure member 25 are positioned by a stepped part 17 in the inside of the housing S and they are caulked and fixed by a pipe end part 26, it becomes needless to screw the pressure member 25 against the housing S and machining in the process of manufacture is facilitated.
