Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for air quantity control of an air conditioner air blower in an air-conditioning objective space equipped with an air control port.SOLUTION: It is assumed that, at a certain point of time (time t=t1), an axis current value I(t1) is I0' (I(t1)=I0'). In this case, although an axis current value corresponding to an air duct resistance R0 and a frequency F0 is I0, since the measured axis current value is I0', an actual air duct resistance R(t1) at that time is estimated to be R0' (R(t1)=R0'). Subsequently, the frequency F' satisfying an air quantity Q0 at the currently estimated air duct resistance R0' is found out using tables A, B. A point X0 has air quantity/air duct resistance/frequency set values (Q0, P0, F0), and X0' is an actual state (Q0', P0', F0'). From this, for maintaining a set air quantity Q, it is necessary to perform adjustment to a point Xa or an air blower frequency F'. The above control enables operation for maintaining the set air quantity Q0 even when an opening condition of an air control port is changed.
