Abstract:
The assembly (60) has a reaction link (90) with an anchoring end (94) pivotally coupled to one end (30) of an extendable actuator (24) and a driving end (92) pivotally coupled to a portion (78) of a drive member (74). The extendable actuator has an actuator axis (25) that does not intersect with the rotation axis of the aircraft control component (22). Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a canard assembly; (b) an aircraft; and (c) an aircraft control component actuating method.
