Abstract:
To suppress an ill affect by aldehyde in an effective method and device for treatment of the alcoholism.
This method for processing alcohol in solution includes a process of oxidizing alcohol into aldehyde by alcohol oxidase and then oxidizing aldehyde into an organic acid by aldehyde oxidase. In this process, substantially all aldehyde is turned into the organic acid.
