Abstract:
To provide an alignment method of bearing plates on a construction site, which eliminates welding to welder the bearing plate on a pile head pipe, allows a concrete skeleton to be thinner, ensures high bending strength of a coupler through abutting a steel pipe pile and the pile head pipe, and aligns predetermined sections of each of the bearing plates along an alignment line.SOLUTION: An alignment method to align predetermined sections of each of bearing plates 12 comprises: a step acquiring a deviated angle of the predetermined section of the bearing plate 12 from an alignment line L through screwing a screw gage tube 23 on an upper part of a coupler 11 when a pile head tube 13 and a steel tube pile 10 are connected in a way that opposing end faces are abutted to each other via the coupler 11 for each of the pile head tube 13 with the bearing plates 12 to be aligned in a line; a step subsequently placing auxiliary rings 18 for abutment, which are tall enough to allow the deviation from the alignment line L to be eliminated, on an upper end surface of the steel tube pile 10; and a step, in this condition, screwing the pile head tube 13 on the upper part of the coupler 11, while installing the steel tube pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
