PURPOSE: To perform time control over subsequent processing in a time which is shortened in the share of time-over by providing a time control part with an inspecting function which inspects whether interruption is inhibited or not, and a control function which continues inspection and controls the time up to the completion when the interruption is inhibited.
CONSTITUTION: A timer 3 controls the operation time of a virtual computer 2 and stops the allocation of the virtual computer 2 after a necessary operation time. The circuit of this timer 3 is provided with an interruption inhibition inspection part 4, which inspects whether allocation contents are in an inhibited state or not; when so, that is reported to a continuous allocation part 5. The continuous allocation part 5 does not resets the allocation of the virtual computer 2 and carries on the allocation. The virtual computer 2, therefore, continues the processing and a time-over calculation part 7 calculates an excessive time under the control of a time control part 6. The time control part 6 controls the next allocation time of the virtual computer 2 on the basis of the time obtained by subtracting the excessive time from the set time of the timer 3.
