This compound is expressed by formula I [R1 is H, OH, OCO(a 1-6C alkyl) or the like; R2 is an aryl, a 1-6C alkyl, a 3-6C cycloalkyl or the like; R3 is O(CH2)2, O(CH2)3 or the like; R4 and R5 are combined with the adjacent nitrogen into piperidine, morpholine, pyrrolidine, 3-methylpyrrolidine or the like; R6 is OH, O(a 1-4C alkyl) or the like]. The compound is, for example, obtained by reacting a compound of formula II as a starting substance with such a reductant as lithium aluminum hydride in an atmoshere of an inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) and in such a solvent as dehydrated tetrahydrofuran at about 17-25°C for about 1-20 h.
