Title:
ALUMINA SUBSTRATE FOR MOUNTING PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006062912
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an alumina substrate for mounting a photoelectric conversion element having high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
The alumina substrate contains barium sulfate in a content of 2-6 mass%, and thereby has improved light reflectance in comparison with that of a substrate comprising only alumina. The increase of the water absorption rate caused by barium sulfate can be kept low. Further, a three-dimensionally formed substrate or the like can be manufactured by utilizing this invention.
