Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing filler metal which is used to non-corrosive flux brazing and prevents the development of the brazing defect and can improve the brazing work, and an aluminum alloy brazing sheet. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy brazing sheet 1 for non-corrosive flux brazing, is constituted with a core material composed of the aluminum alloy sheet material and an aluminum alloy brazing filler material forming a fillet 2 in the joined part arranged on at least the one side of surface of this core material. This brazing filler metal is composed of 7-15 wt.% Si, 0.005-0.1 wt.% Ba and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. Further, the brazing filler metal is desirable to contain 0.003-0.3 wt.% B and furthermore, in the case of containing <0.3 wt.% Sr or <5.0 wt.% Zn, the brazing work can further be improved.
