Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad material capable of maintaining high corrosion resistance even when wall is thinned.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum alloy clad material 1 having a core material S, a first coating material G cladded to one surface of the core material S and a coated film F formed on a surface of the first coating material G, the core material S consists of an aluminum alloy containing, Si:0.30 to 1.50 mass%, Mn:0.60 to 2.00 mass%, Cu:0.10 to 3.00 mass%, Ti:0.05 to 0.50 mass%, Fe:0.01 to 0.50 mass% and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, the first coating material G consists of an Al-Zn-based alloy containing 2.0 to 20.0 mass% of Zn and having thickness of 4 μm or more and the coated film F has thickness of 0.1 to 10 μm and containing boehmite and diaspore of total 70% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
