Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce an Al-Mg-Si alloy capable of improving corrosion resistance.
CONSTITUTION: This alloy has a composition which consists of, by weight, 0.2-1.0% Mg, 0.4-1.5% Si, 0.05-0.3% Ti, and the balance,aluminum with impurities and in which the content of Cu as 2, an impurity is controlled to ≤0.05%. Further, the alloy can arbitrarily contain one or ≥2 kinds among 0.05-0.2% Mn, 0.05-0.35% Fe, and ≤0.05% Cr.
