Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy-made brazing fin material for heat exchanger by cladding a brazing material on one surface of a core material and a sacrificial anode material on another surface respectively, effectively improving corrosion resistance of a junction between a fin and a heat transfer pipe and excellent in corrosion resistance of the heat transfer pipe.SOLUTION: A core material is constituted by an aluminum alloy containing Mn:0.5 to 2.0 mass% and Zn:0.1 mass% or less and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, a brazing material is constituted by an aluminum alloy containing Si:6.5 to 12.5 mass%, Zn:0.1 mass% or less and Cu:0.001 to 0.5 mass% and the balance Al with inevitable impurities and a sacrificial anode material is constituted by an aluminum alloy containing Zn:7 to 15 mass% and the balance Al with inevitable impurities and then an aluminum alloy-made brazing fin material for heat exchanger is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
