Abstract:
To provide a structure for effectively enhancing the corrosion resistance of inner faces of flow passages which extend in parallel with each other in pipe axial directions, and capable of suppressing or inhibiting the occurrence a phenomenon that a pipe main body material is caught in at extrusion processing at internal bulkhead parts located at both end parts in pipe width directions, in an aluminum-extrusion flat porous pipe.SOLUTION: In an aluminum-extrusion flat porous pipe 10 which is formed by simultaneous extrusion processing by using an aluminum pipe main body material and an aluminum sacrifice anode material which is electrically less-noble than the aluminum pipe main body material, a sacrifice anode part 18 is exposed at least at a part of flow passage internal peripheral parts of a plurality of flow passages at their cross sections, and communication paths 20 for making the flow passages 12a, 12b located at both sides communicate with each other in a center part of a height direction are formed at internal bulkhead parts 16a located at both end parts in pipe width directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
