Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for heat exchangers that can be produced in a method that does not impair productivity, and can inhibit the occurrence of unpleasant odor due to mold or bacteria with antibacterial and antifungal agent contained in a resin, and also with a high residual rate of the antibacterial and antifungal agent after film formation.SOLUTION: In the aluminum fin material for heat exchangers comprising an aluminum or aluminum-alloy base material, on at least one surface of which a corrosion resistant film is formed, the corrosion resistant film is composed of a resin composition including one or more corrosion resins selected form a group consisting of a polyester resin, a polyolefin resin, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, and an urethane resin, the adhesion rate of the corrosion resistant film is 0.01-8.0 g/m, and the corrosion resistant film contains silver or silver compound.
