Title:
ALUMINUM MATERIAL COATED WITH HEAT-DISSIPATING RESIN AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012056254
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an aluminum material coated with a heat-dissipating resin superior in heat dissipation and also in conductivity and bending workability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.

The aluminum material coated with a heat-dissipating resin includes an aluminum material, a chemical conversion coating formed on both sides of the aluminum material, and a resin coating formed on at least one surface of the chemical conversion coating and having a thickness of 0.4 to 1.9 μm. The resin coating is formed from a paint containing thermosetting resin, carbon black having a mean particle size of 115 to 140 nm and a specific surface area of 6 to 28 m2/g, and nickel. The area occupancy ratio of the carbon black in the resin coating surface is 40 to 90%. The method of manufacturing the same is also provided.
