Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive not to generate disarrangement of fins when a heat transfer pipe is fixed by tube expanding to an aluminum plate fin produced by press working.
SOLUTION: A fin material has a plurality of assembly holes having a collar part formed at the periphery of a hole are formed through press working. By fixing by expanding a heat transfer pipe inserted in an assembly hole, a cross fin tube to which the heat transfer pipe is integrally assembly is provided. In this case, a hydrophilic film is formed throughout the whole surface of a surface by hydrophilic surface treatment, and further a layer coated with a water-soluble lubricant is formed on the hydrophilic film.
