Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an aminated cyclic inulooligosaccharide whose utilization can be expected in the fields of foods, drugs, cosmetics, catalysts, separation and purification, etc., because of the capability of enclosing various substances.
CONSTITUTION: This aminated cyclic inulooligosaccharide is represented by the formula [n is an integer of 6 to 8; and at least one of (3×n) R1's is a group represented by the general formula -NR2R3 (R2 and R3 are each independently H, a 1-20C alkyl or aryl group), and the others are a hydroxyl group].
